These are our return policies:

Upon receipt of your items, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any faults or damage immediately. We must receive written notification within 7 days of receipt of goods as per delivery notification.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item: has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it, is significantly different from the image or description on our website. In this instance we will offer one of the following remedies, either refund, repair or replacement.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.

If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

We cannot accept returns on "Made to Order" or "Final Sale" items unless damaged, faulty or otherwise covered by the "consumer guarantee" provisions of the Australian Consumer Law. We also cannot accept returns of items damaged through normal wear and tear.

As our fabrics are 100% woven cotton and not printed, some slight variation will appear from time to time in the weave and colours which is considered part of our design ethos in producing our range.

Parcels under 6kg will be packaged into Australia Post satchels for dispatch within 24 hours and your Aust Post tracking ID will be emailed at this time.

Any orders over 6kg or too large for the satchel will be shipped by Courier Service via Interparcel.

Deliveries can be expected within 3-5 business days depending on location.
